Our Lambrusco grapes are harvested manually in the second or third decade of September to preserve their quality.
They are then brought to the cellar and vinified by macerating them at a controlled temperature in steel barrels
Then a foaming takes place using the Charmat method.
Our farms are located in Sorbara di Bomporto in the province of Modena, between the capital and Carpi.
For a total of about 6 hectares, our farms are located in a flat area 30 meters above sea level.
The type of soil is typical of the Emilia plains with a clayey, silty, alluvial soil, medium-textured, rich
of mineral substances.
This historic red wine, recognized as an excellence among the Lambrusco wines of Modena, is a wine suitable for tasting combined with many typical dishes of the Modena tradition.
It is excellent when combined with boiled meats with pomace, cheese and salami, without forgetting the fried dumplings and crescentina.
Divino, the Lambrusco wine produced by our vineyards is made from grapes harvested by hand in the splendid Colline di Sorbara, in the province of Modena, Italy.
When bottled, this Lambrusco is a wine with a light ruby red color, a fine and persistent perlage, a characteristic note of Sorbara wines.
The scent is very fruity with some nuances reminiscent of violets.
Divino is an excellent Lambrusco di Sorbara, refined in production by the techniques of the cellar and produces a pleasantly acidic and balanced wine in tannins, sapid and elegant.
