Our farms are located in Sorbara di Bomporto in the province of Modena, between the capital and Carpi.
For a total of about 6 hectares, our farms are located in a flat area 30 meters above sea level.
The type of soil is typical of the Emilia plains with a clayey, silty, alluvial soil, medium-textured, rich
of mineral substances.
Lambrusco di Sorbara Rosato, and especially Rosae, divinely marries with the dishes of the typical Emilian cuisine and in particular with the cuisine of Modena, capital of Italian food and wine.
Given its particular characteristics, this rosrusco rosé is perfectly suited if served as an aperitif, or combined with fish and shellfish dishes.
The best of this rosé wine characteristic of the Sorbara hills, are the appetizers of cheeses and cured meats, where a good glass of rosé Lambrusco from our splendid hills of Sorbara gives its maximum.
This Lambrusco rosato is a very interesting expression of Lambrusco di Sorbara when it is bottled, it appears as a pale pink but brilliant wine, a fine and persistent perlage, characteristic of Sorbara wines.
It is a fresh wine, with a fruity and intense aroma and a rich buquet of flavors that blend in a perfect, harmonious and pleasantly elegant balance.
