The quality of Lambrusco ‘Divino’ is guaranteed from the moment of manual harvesting of the grapes, which takes place in the second or third ten days of September.
This careful practice ensures the preservation of the integrity of each bunch.
Once brought to the cellar, the grapes undergo a delicate vinification that begins with an initial fermentation in steel barrels.
Subsequently, the foaming process is carried out following the Martinotti method, an approach that helps maintain the intensity of the fruity flavours and the distinctive freshness of this renowned Lambrusco di Sorbara.
This careful production process is reflected in the balanced taste and lively aroma of Lambrusco ‘Divino’, making it an excellent example of winemaking tradition.
The vineyards from which Lambrusco ‘Divino’ is born are located in the Sorbara plain, a few steps between Modena and Carpi.
With a total surface area of approximately 6 hectares, these vineyards benefit from the typical soil of the Emilian plains – a mix of clay, silt and alluvial sediments.
This loose, mineral-rich soil gives Lambrusco di Sorbara distinctive characteristics and a unique aromatic profile.
The climate, soil and environmentally friendly cultivation techniques converge to create the ‘Divino’, a wine that is not just a product, but a living tale of its land.
